This website replaces the previous CamCAN data sharing website, and includes new data on Phase 3 and Phase 2, Arm 2. Any future updates / corrections / errors will appear in these News posts. • 10 Dec 2025 – fiducials (nasion and left and right pre-aricular points) have been added to JSON files for Anat T1w images in Phase 2, Arm 2 and Phase 3 (for purposes of coregistering MEG data to MRI space). For Phase 2, Arm 2, this was based on manual marking; for Phase 3, this was done by transforming the manually-marked fiducials from Phase 2 following a rigid-body coregisteration with the same person’s T1w in Phase 2. During this process, incorrect fiducial positions were corrected for two people in Phase 2, Arm1 (CC110056 and CC110087). Finally, the indices for each fiducial were adjusted to confirm to BIDS convention that first voxel is (0,0,0) rather than (1,1,1).
